We’re kicking off the 2024 Public Disco Summer Series presented by 2 Hoots Hard Iced Tea with a free, all ages block party on Granville Island. The event marks the start of our 4 part series, and a busy summer full of outdoor cultural events on Granville Island.

• Fully licensed site with pop-up bars (non alc options available)

• No outside alcohol allowed, bag checks on entry

• Feel good music and dance performers curated by Cazimi Loro

• Good Night Out harm reduction on site

• Market vendors & food trucks

• Social hangout zones

• Kids activities & Sparkle Station from 2-6pm

ACCESSIBILITY INFO

This event is situated on multiple levels. Wheelchair accessibility is limited to the top level where there will be shade, market and food vendors. Please note that there is no ramp access to the dancefloor or bar. Seating options include lounge chairs, concrete blocks, and wood benches.

Restrooms are located inside Bentall Centre, accessible via escalator or elevator. Additionally, there are areas designated for those seeking a quieter environment away from the music, providing relief for individuals who may require lower stimulation. We understand that navigating escalators or elevators might pose challenges for some individuals, so please reach out to nick@publicdisco.ca for further information or assistance.
